Red Hatter Christmas/Birthday Cake Dec.1/2010

My friend asked me to bake a birthday/Christmas cake for her Red Hatter Christmas party. This is what I came up with. It is a 16 inch pan so there was a double cake in each layer. The bottom layer is carrot cake. The top layer is Red Velvet cake and the filling and icing is cream cheese.
The icing in the first picture is yellow but blame it on the camera/lighting or even the camera operator lol but the second photo shows more detail and it is a nicer white color. The banner says "We are having a party- to celebrate our birthdays!".
Thanks to SVGShop.comBlog for the svg cuts of the Nativity scene. Cut out on the Cricut.
Hope they enjoy it.
Have a Blessed day.
