Day of Mourning 2010

Hi
We have a Day of Mourning for the people who have lost their lives in work place accidents here in the city where I live.
For the last couple of years I have been asked to make a thank you card for the dignitaries that preside over the proceedings.
This year the theme was the blue forget-me-not flower, the ribbon of hope was orange and the crest for the Day of Mourning.
The cardstock was white. I colored the orange circle and the forget-me not. This was my second attempt at coloring with colored pencils. Thanks to Chris from Mudmaven Designs for the encouragement.
This was then covered with vellum and the cut out from Lyrical Letters on the Cricut. There were 3 cards and each cut out was slightly different but all were from Lyrical letters. Love that cart.
Have a Blessed day.
Myrna
