Here is a quick cute little card. I found a great site for shaped svg cards at PaperScrapz in the templates library.
The inside has the same holes for ribbon. I used a Cuttlebug folder and pearls from the Dollar Store. Perhaps blue wasn't the best choice of color but it was handy.

Fabulous card - great idea
It's darling....with all those pretty frills and ribbons and pearls, of course the dress can be blue. Frankly,, I get tired of seeing nothing but pink and green combo for a girl. But, then again, for my DH and sons, I get tired of seeing dark blue and brown....haha
