Here is the remainder of a piece of gorgeous design paper. I just fussy cut the rose and popped it up as well as the sentiment.
Fairly simple card but gorgous. Used the middle part of the paper that was plain to line the envelope. Again, as usual clicking on the pic shows the detail.

Where do you get your envelopes?
I buy "Invitation" envelopes from Staples for the 4 1/4 X 5 1/2.
They're 250 for $25.
