Just had to use the title-lol It is just a slight variation from the note card I posted a couple of posts back. The little difference is the note is angled, I have some corners from Cuttlebug die cuts. Different musical sheet music paper. Different matting. Isn't it amazing how just a few little changes can change a whole card?

The fancy corners really give it an elegant look, and I love how you lined the envelope!
