Christmas tree with handmade chipboard

Hi

This was a fun card to do.

First of all I made my own chipboard thanks to a tutorial by Beth N at http://www.sunflowers-dragonflies.ca/blog

Take an old cereal box, spread with gesso, let dry and paint. Run through CB or the Cricut.

1. Covered card stock with glitter paper.

2. Ran my chipboard through the Cuttlebug Christmas tree folder

3. Added a few rubies and a peel off greeting and that was it for me.

I plan on making a few more but with different embellishments. For this card I spread the gesso really thick and made lines in it as I wanted a bit more character to my background.

Have a Blessed day.

Myrna
